LAUSD is the second-largest school District in the United States. Challenge: Each application maintained a native identity store, unique access policies, and distinct permission management processes. The District sought a streamlined solution to automate provisioning, improve access management, and introduce a self-service request framework that would span its diverse IT landscape.

Solution: To address these challenges for the District, Phoenix Business Consulting recommended and implemented SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with the SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) Bridge. This solution extended their existing SAP Access Control framework to seamlessly integrate SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring a unified identity and access management approach across cloud and on-premise environments.
