About the Role
We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR technology and a proven track record of delivering SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will play a key role in driving HR transformation projects for our clients, leveraging your expertise and local market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and upgrades.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on HR digital transformation using SuccessFactors.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Offer post-go-live support and continuous improvement consulting.
- Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of Dutch HR practices and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience working in consulting environments or with large enterprise clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
