SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Netherlands

About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR technology and a proven track record of delivering SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will play a key role in driving HR transformation projects for our clients, leveraging your expertise and local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and upgrades.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on HR digital transformation using SuccessFactors.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Offer post-go-live support and continuous improvement consulting.
  • Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch HR practices and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
  • Experience working in consulting environments or with large enterprise clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
