Aptissen Enhances Global Operations with SAP Business One Implementation 

Aptissen, a recognized leader in osteoarthritis treatment, encountered significant challenges with their previous ERP system, which lacked the necessary visibility and coherence across their five subsidiaries. 

To address these issues, Aptissen opted to implement SAP Business One, a solution well-suited to manage the complexity of their operations and production workflows. SAP Business One was selected for its ease of implementation and effectiveness in streamlining processes across a decentralized structure. 

Aptissen selected Phoenix Business Consulting to perform the ERP implementation due to their significant knowledge in SAP solutions and the medical device industry. This partnership was very successful, resulting in the project going live within six months at the headquarters in Switzerland and in France, which is remarkable. 

The implementation also included key add-ons such as BIA by Boyum IT Solutions for production management and Cor Suite by Cor System for template and document control. 

SAP Business One has demonstrated to be an intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly solution, aligning seamlessly with Aptissen’s ambitious growth strategy. The company is currently expanding the system rollout to Poland, Germany, and Italy, with plans to extend to Brazil in the following year.
