State Contracts

Phoenix Business Consulting has had the opportunity to work with many different state entities. Phoenix has worked with a statewide, non-mandatory MSA provides IT Consulting Services at contracted pricing to the State of California (California Multiple Award Schedules) for local government agencies.

Additionally, Phoenix Business Consulting has been awarded a different contract with the State of California (IT Consulting Master Service Agreement) including procurement policies and regulations.

Phoenix Business, Inc. has also been awarded Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Contract No. DIR-CPO-5803 – Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contracts (ITSAC). This cooperative contract allows participating agencies to access a wide range of IT professionals, including project managers, technical architects, ERP consultants,  developers, cybersecurity experts, business analysts and many other IT staffing roles.
