Contract Overview

The Texas Department of Information Resources (TX DIR) Software, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Related Services is a cooperative purchasing program designed to provide Texas state agencies, local governments, and other eligible entities with a streamlined process for acquiring Software, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Related Services.

Phoenix Business, Inc. is an awarded vendor under the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Contract No. DIR-CPO-6077. This contract allows eligible customers to procure Software, COTS products, and related services through DIR’s Cooperative Contracts program.

The DIR Contract for Product, Services, and Related Services provides state agencies, local governments, public education institutions, and other eligible entities with access to Phoenix Business, Inc.’s approved software products and related services at DIR-negotiated pricing.

Eligible Customers

DIR’s Cooperative Contracts program is available to:

Texas state agencies
Local government entities
Public K-12 school districts
Public higher education institutions
Assistance organizations
Out-of-state public sector entities (as authorized by DIR)
